What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, including drops, impacts, or excessive force.
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, minor scuffs, or fading.
- Damage due to water infiltration when not maintained as per manufacturer's guidelines.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.
- Consequential damages, including loss of use, income, or emotional distress.
- Batteries, unless failure is due to a manufacturing defect and the watch is under warranty.
Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at +1 (432) 385-5143 or via email at info@myepicwatches.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for safely returning your watch to our service center.
Our Responsibility
Upon a valid warranty claim, Epic Watches will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model. We will cover the cost of return shipping of the repaired or replaced watch to your designated address.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from My Epic Watches.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- Epic Watches reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty at any time.
